Will customers know it's AI?

Yes, if they ask. Farah introduces herself as your virtual assistant, and if a caller asks whether she's a real person, she tells them she's AI. People calling a business want a price and a time. She's quick with both.

Do I have to change my number?

No. Customers keep calling the number they already have. You switch on forwarding for unanswered calls, and after about 5 seconds of ringing the call goes to Farah.

What if she doesn't know the answer?

She says so. She won't guess and she won't make up a price. She takes the caller's name, number and question and sends it to your WhatsApp, so you can call back when your hands are free.

Does she speak Arabic?

Yes. She answers in English or Arabic, whichever the caller uses.

Can she quote my actual prices?

Yes, the ones you give us. We load your services and prices during setup. If a price depends on seeing the job, she gives your "starting from" price and says your team will confirm.

What does it cost if I go over my minutes?

AED 1.50 a minute, sold in blocks of 100. Front Desk includes 500 minutes a month (about 175 calls), Front Desk Plus includes 1,000 (about 350 calls). A minute is time Farah spends on a call, and calls under 20 seconds are free.

Can I turn it off?

Yes. Forwarding is a setting on your own line, so you can switch it off yourself and calls ring only on your phone again. To stop the service altogether, tell us.

Does she work when we're closed?

Yes. Calls that ring out after hours forward to her the same way.

How fast can I be live?

Days, not weeks. It mostly depends on how quickly we get your menu and you switch on forwarding. We won't promise a date we can't hit.

Is there a contract?

Pay monthly in advance, or pay for the year up front and get 2 months free. Front Desk Plus has a 6-month minimum because we build your website. Founding partners commit for 12 months and get their price locked for that time.
