Mid-job or after closing, the caller doesn't know you're busy. They don't wait to find out.
Your receptionist is checking in patients, chasing insurance approvals and answering the phone at the same time. The phone is what gives.
They look for a clinic after work, or when a tooth starts aching at night. If nobody answers, they book wherever picks up first.
'Do you take my card?' is often the first question. When nobody can answer, the caller moves on before you get to offer a time.

Setup is a one-off fee and stays the same whether you pay monthly or yearly. You pay 50% of it up front and the rest when Farah goes live. Monthly fees are paid in advance. Annual plans are paid for the year up front and get 2 months free. Founding plans are monthly only, since they're already discounted and locked for 12 months. Extra minutes are AED 1.50 each, sold in blocks of 100. Calls under 20 seconds are free. Front Desk Plus has a 6-month minimum because we build your website, and the domain is yours.
We count the bookings she made, at your own prices. The setup fee isn't part of the refund.
No. She shares only the prices, hours and booking details you approve. Symptoms go to your team as a note. If a caller describes an emergency, she tells them to call 998 or go to the nearest emergency department.
No. She can say which insurers you list and takes the patient's provider, then your team checks cover and approvals as usual.
No. She takes the booking request and sends it to your team on WhatsApp. Your team confirms the slot with the patient.
Only what a booking needs: name, number, insurer and the reason for the visit in the patient's own words. Ask us how and where call data is stored before you go live.
Yes, if they ask. Farah introduces herself as your virtual assistant, and if a caller asks whether she's a real person, she tells them she's AI. People calling a business want a price and a time. She's quick with both.
No. Customers keep calling the number they already have. You switch on forwarding for unanswered calls, and after about 5 seconds of ringing the call goes to Farah.
She says so. She won't guess and she won't make up a price. She takes the caller's name, number and question and sends it to your WhatsApp, so you can call back when your hands are free.

Yes. Forwarding is a setting on your own line, so you can switch it off yourself and calls ring only on your phone again. To stop the service altogether, tell us.
